Hardware Support Services and Contracts:
Guarantee Services: Services for purchased equipment during the
continuation of the guarantee period are rendered at the service center
or at the user’s office. Maintenance and repair services to be offered
will be free of charge provided that the equipment with unexpired
guarantee is brought to the service center. Replacement of parts are
free of charge for equipment with unexpired guarantee provided that the
relevant equipment is brought to, and taken back from, EGEBÝMTES Service
Center by the user after necessary action is taken. During the process,
software services (operating system, Windows) are provided at the user’s
office or Egebimtes Service Center against the applicable fee. In
addition to the guarantee, periodic maintenance can be provided at the
user’s office upon making an annual contract.
Annual
Contractual Services:
These services cover those offered with a view to ensuring that systems,
with unexpired or expired guarantee periods, work uninterruptedly and
regularly. Two options are offered within the frame of annual
contractual services: Technical Assistance (client hardware and
software) and System Support (service operating systems and server
hardware).
Telephone Services:
This option covers the services outside
the guarantee period and outside the scope of annual contracts. If a
user demands any service in addition to all these contracts, every
service to be provided will be charged to the customer.
