Project Consultancy and Management

For our customers’ critical projects, we offer special project consultancy, design and management services. The breadth and dept of Egebimtes’ knowledge and experience, combined with the effective communication arising out of these consultancy services bring about optimum coordination and project management, leading to successful solutions. These special project initiatives are carried out by our team formed of members, each an expert in his or her field. In the project process, two key considerations are taken as basis and implemented.

In the first step, roles and responsibilities are defined for team members who are assigned to interrelated tasks. Quality targets are also set for each role defined, in addition to relevant responsibilities.

In the second step, the process model is created. This includes all activities to be carried out sequentially until the project is completed and goes live. The following activities are performed within the frame of this work:
